At LFA we will use the abeka curriculum and will service PreK, and elementary grades K-8 The abeka program has been in place since 1972 and serves the purpose of demonstrating academic integrity, content research, trial testing, and ongoing evaluation to provide the best in Christian educational materials. We will cover Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, Health, Art and so much more!
This curriculum is an accredited, comprehensive, quality curriculum and materials written from a Christian perspective. Now more than ever, each child needs a strong foundation in both academics and character. To assist in our mastery learning program - Khan Academy will also be a major source of our independent learning. |
